At Suranska, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to return or exchange the purchased items.
Return and Exchange Conditions:
- Items must be returned or exchanged in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless it is an error on our part (defective or incorrect items).

- You will then receive instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange.
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will refund your money or send the exchange according to your preference within 5 to 7 business days.
